great service but needs a major clean up

The check-in lady is an absolute gem. The BBQ place nearby serves some finger-licking breakfast and the location is fairly easy to find.

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired.

Super 8 in San Antonio boasts a great spot close to various restaurants and easy highway access, making travel convenient. The proximity to local attractions is a definite plus for families. cleanliness and maintenance could be improved for a more pleasant stay.

I liked my great stay. The hotel was brand-new in general. Warm room, exceptionally comfortable bed and quiet in the evenings. The venue itself was in a nice enough area, short walk to restaurants and stores and sea world and six flags.

Just a suitable option for a getaway in San Antonio with good value. The pool was nice and clean.

Staff were accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing extra towels when requested. the experience deteriorated quickly. The room was far from clean. Roaches and mold were prevalent. I requested a room change due to cleanliness issues, but the new space wasn’t much better. Amenities were lacking, with the pool out of order and breakfast being late. No working ice machines or dependable toiletries. An experience marred by discomfort, noise, and hygiene issues. This place is in dire need of serious improvements. It’s unfortunate; location had potential, but execution fails. Never again.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help! The seasonal outdoor pool was the perfect spot to lounge and soak up some sun. I felt right at home in my cozy room - a great place to unwind after a busy day!

The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Riverwalk, which is perfect for strolling along the water and discovering the vibrant atmosphere of San Antonio, plus it's also close to various restaurants like Wendy's and Denny's that make grabbing a bite super convenient; if you're planning family fun, SeaWorld is less than a 10-minute drive away, while other parks and attractions are just a quick trip; the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable too, but it could really use a good update on some of the amenities like thicker blankets and an operational elevator.

Perfectly situated for easy access to fun attractions and eats

I had a great time exploring the area around the hotel, it was super convenient to have delicious BBQ spots just a minute away, and I loved being close to downtown and SeaWorld which allowed me to visit multiple attractions without wasting time on travel; the staff were really helpful and made sure my room was clean and comfy, but the breakfast options could be better.

The place looked nothing like the photos. My first room had roaches and a disgusting bathroom; the second room was nicer but still had issues. One lamp worked, and the bathroom light barely functioned. Breakfast options were limited to cereal and oatmeal, and they ran out quickly. No mini-fridge made it hard to keep snacks, and I had to buy coffee to avoid the weak stuff they offered. The key card was temperamental, and the whole place felt dirty and neglected. Not a pleasant experience, but the price was low and check-in was smooth.

Stayed here for 1 day, liked the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location near everything.
